Employment Agreements (Contracts):  Employment Agreements (Contracts), not have they been legally required since 1991, they are a must in today\'s legalized employment world.

An employment agreement is the written agreement of the terms of employment as negotiated at the commencement or alteration of the employment relationship. It is meant to be the documented (formalized) terms of the agreement so that when there is a dispute, both parties can refer back to the employment agreement, and for these reasons they have been legally required to be formalized.

One can only guess how the courts look on an employer whom fails to formalize the employment agreement in the start when an employee commences employment, a 14 year old law that is more relevant today than it ever has been.
